Why we exist.
Cybex was founded on a simple observation: most businesses treat IT like a set of separate problems — networking here, software there, AV somewhere else — and spend more time refereeing between vendors than getting work done.
We built a single team that can own the whole stack. The cable in the wall, the network on top of it, the software that runs over the network, the AI agents that interact with your customers, and the operations team that keeps it all online. One partner, one invoice, one number to call at 2 AM.
We're engineers who also run a business. We know what's at stake when things break. We design for the day after launch — not the demo.
